Kinda old buildings but very nice to live in. Everything but the kitchen is updated and its lots of space for little cost.

Moving to Colorado from Missouri was a huge transition for me. River Glenn Apartments has made this change in my life go as smoothly as possible. Downsizing from a house was a concern at first, but the amount of storage in my 2 bedroom apartment is more than accomodating. I love Fort Collins and the lifestyle it offers. I also really enjoy living at River Glenn as it is a well maintained property with very friendly and professional staff members. Not knowing anyone upon moving here was unsettling but River Glenn holds many property events which has allowed me to make new friends. The hard working and knowledgable maintenance staff is comforting to have on property as well. Guess I'd say if you are looking for a new place to live....River Glenn is the place to call "home".

We love the staff and find that the Apartment Complex is well kept. My only complaint would be that not all pet owners pick up after their pets as much as others.

I would tell them that the services I have recieved at River Glenn thus far have been exemplary. I would reccommend this place to anyone looking for apartment living for Fort Collins. It also has a great location with excellent landscaping and layout.
